Shipping Policies

Domestic:

·       Orders are delivered within 6–8 working days.

·       We dispatch orders 2–3 working days after order confirmation.

·       All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

·       If you need to make changes to the address, please email us at etwalifestyle@gmail.com within 4 hours of placing your order.

·       Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are entered correctly at checkout.

Note: If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, wrong PIN code, or unavailability of the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges. Re-shipping will be initiated only after the additional shipping fee is paid else an amount of Rs 150 will be deducted and for remaining amount you get a store coupon valid for 1 year.

International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped only within India.
