At Etwa , every saree is checked with utmost care. We value your trust and strive to ensure a delightful shopping experience.
However, since each saree is individually checked before shipping, returns or exchanges are accepted only in limited cases, as detailed below.

Domestic  Orders:

Eligible for Return or Exchange

We accept return or exchange requests only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported to us within 2 days of delivery.
  • An unboxing video or clear photo proof is provided when raising the request.

Please Note:

  • Slight color variations may occur due to photography lighting or phone display settings. Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and freebies intact.
  • If any tags, packaging, or freebies are missing, the item will not qualify for exchange or return.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Currently, we do not support online returns via website.
To initiate a return or exchange:

Please mention your order number, issue details, and attach supporting images or unboxing video.
Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Once your request is approved, we will send detailed instructions via email on how to ship the product back.

 

 Return Shipping Charges

  • The customer will bear one-side courier charges for the return or exchange.
  • Etwa Lifestyle will ship the replacement product at no additional cost after approval only the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Type

  • Approved refunds will be issued as a store coupon of equivalent value.
  • Refunds to the original payment method (card/UPI/wallet) are not available.
  • Store coupons are valid for one year for future purchases and cannot be converted to cash.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Sarees that show signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery.
  • Items purchased during Sale, Clearance, or Special Offer periods.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please review the details below:

  • You can cancel or modify your order within 24–48 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

If you cancel within 24–48 hours (before shipping):

·       Full refund will be processed.

·        Refund will be issued within 24–48 hours

If you cancel after 24–48 hours (before shipping):

  • A 20% cancellation fee will apply
  • The remaining amount will be issued as store coupons, valid for 1 year

Note: Store credits are non-refundable and can be used on any future purchase

 

International Orders:

At the moment, we ship only across India 🇮🇳
Orders from outside India cannot be processed and are not eligible for refunds/returns.
